Buddy Walk!

Heeey everyone!
Yes yes it's meeee \o/ hope you missed me as much as i missed you! <3
Okay. Lets get to business. Buddy Walk. What is that? Well, it's simple ;)
SL Buddy Walk is a charity fair event to raise funds and awareness about down syndrome. For the first time in 5 years, since it has been organised in SL, it includes fashion as well. So does the minkA! are one of the 40 over stores participating in this fair! (full list of designers see here).
Im really glad to take a part in this event for such a great cause and all funds earned from minkA! two special items goes to NDSS (National Down Syndrome Society) as well as im adding to that 25% of my other 18 items placed on the sim. It will start tomorrow the 17th till 30th of March (twooo weeks guys!) and it will have a lot of entertainment with live musicans, hunts, Dj's and in all that fashion!

WoW! it's really been a while, shame on me for letting you guys down.
This..i guess my one and only post in this short month called February will be unusual. As some of you know i don't and i haven't been making posts about shops, but this time im making a difference.
minkA!

I am the proud owner of this store, which i launched last year Dec 12th. Since that day i've been having ups and downs with the store location, but finaly i got it sorted and now its right here. ;D
So now ill tell you a little bit of minkA! This store offers clothing for men and women as well as footwear, make ups and pretty soon accessories too :)
Every month im sending out a free monthly group gift which you can get either way from a group or just popin by the mainstore and clicking on one of the boards. As this month was all about Valentines day you still can get nice tank top and flounced skirt for women and long sleeved shirt for men and its all free for you to grab it and enjoy \o/

Houston, we have a problem!

No, no, no I'm alright, but don't you sometimes have this feeling when trying to find a good sandbox to rezz things?
Aren't you tired of all the huge ones which are full of avatars with lot of scripts doing nothing than making a lag there?
I have a solution.
As i am designer, my work asks to have a plenty of space and less lag or no lag at all, coz i need to create a things in quite smooth place. I've been looking and looking for a perfect one and when i gave up on looking, i started to ask my friends. And my bro, who is quite a big builder on her own (yes, you got it right it's She ;) ) She gave me  a LM to Builders Brewery, thats how the sandbox is called. Once you join the group all doors are open. On the ground, while you join the group is quite a difficult to walk, but once you are in one of 3 level sandboxes, i can guarantee it's the best i could wish for, everything rezzes perfectly and fast, haven't got a lag at all and plus, which i think is good, is they are having a lessons for new builders and even the pro ones ;) They teach what ever you want to know, from building glowing box to creating accessories. There isn't much avatars either, unless it's a lesson time and SIM gets full, but Hey! you can take a rest and join them :)
But after all i get all privacy i need and i don't have to be afraid  that someone just gonna come and bump on me asking what i'm doing :D

haaaaai everyone ;) soooh my first new years and 2013 post is one, as i think, very interesting hunt going on grid-wide from Dec 26 - Jan 31! You still have time to join it and discover that detective in you!

So ill tell you little bit about this hunt.
This hunt is based on story about 15 persons, who mysteriously disapiered after staying at The Silent Peacock Hotel room 326!

At the entrance you have to buy the HUD ( it's only L$50) without it you can't play the game and research the secrets room 326 holds.

Welcome to the MadPea Legend of the Month, dear hunter.

You are about to discover the story of The Silent Peacock Hotel and enter the famous room, 326. Before you can begin with the hunt, you must find and enter Room 326 for your introduction to the game. Once you find an important item in the room, your HUD will be activated.
Please understand that this game is a point-and-click treasure hunt. Clicking items will give you clues to advance in the game.

Your ultimate goal is to find 15 envelopes in grid-wide locations eventually taking you to the final game play area where you will be rewarded with 15 high quality prizes.

Once you click the photo on the HUD, it gives you a hint and a SLURL in local chat to a location where an ENVELOPE has been hidden.

Once you find an envelope the photo on the HUD will turn into that. Please note, the ENVELOPES do not give out prizes. You must collect all of them to receive all the prizes at once in the end. When you have all the envelopes, follow the instructions given in the chat to you.

Once you enter the hotel and head to room 326, don't bother taking Elevator, coz it's not working *sad face*, had to take stairs and climb up till room 326.

Once i found the room..all get's interesting ;)

(a hint from me: look by the beds other side, there is a police file with all the 15 persons, click on it and your investigation begins, 15 photos, click anyone, it will give you a story and slurl to location where you have to find an envelope) GOOD LUCK HUNTERS! Happy New 2013 Year!

I have a list of folks I know all written in a book,

And every now and then I go and take a look.

That is when I realize these names, they are a part,

not of the book they're written in but taken from the heart.

For each Name stands for someone who has crossed my path sometime,

and in that meeting they have become the reason and the rhyme.

Although it sounds fantastic for me to make this claim,

I really am composed of each remembered name.

Although you're not aware of any special link,

just knowing you, has shaped my life more than you could think.

So please don't think my greeting as just a mere routine,

your name was not forgotten in between.

For when I send a greeting that is addressed to you,

it is because you're on the list of folks I'm indebted to.

So whether I have known you for many days or few,

in some ways you have a part in shaping things I do.

I am but a total of many folks I've met,

you are a friend I would prefer never to forget.

Thank you for being my friend!

i started this post with the poem about friendship, was pretty hard to find one which sums up with my thoughts and than *pop* it fell in my hands, just what i was looking for!

First of all Happy New Year everyone and all the best for the 2013!

With this post i want to say huge THANK YOU to some very important people i've met through this journey and i realized i never had a chance to say them thank you.

THANK YOU! Maxie for not only being my love but also a friend when i need <3, for understanding and helping to raise when all seem down and lots of laugh n love you have given me all this year! Because of you it's been best year of my lifetime.

THANK YOU! Neo for this whole idea and push into blogging, i may not been good in it ;P but for the next year all new, right? And also for adventures and sticking by my side all these years and writing this book of mine! For the smart answers and silly questions and *pills* it's been fun and im grateful i can call you my friend! 

THANK YOU! Eiki & Stereo for coming in my SL routine xD i may not know you for years but in this short time ive realized that you dont need years to understand who is your friend and who's not. It take just a few minutes form both sides to share a story of a lifetime. Im glad and happy ive been given a chance to get to know both of you! hugs X
